The location is perfect for cruisers and typically the most economical (although still expensive!) which is why we often stay here. This trip was not the best. First room assigned, we go to the room, it’s still being cleaned. Back to the front desk, given another room, it was dirty…like wads of hair stuck to the shower wall. Given a third room which seemed ok, but my confidence in the cleanliness was definitely lowered. The whole hotel is “tired”. The rooms are in need of improvement / renovation.
