Staff were fine, but the hotel was very old looking and very dirty. It looked like the rooms haven’t been decorated since the 80’s. Our sink was broken and would not drain, toilet struggled to flush and we couldn’t get any hot water out of the shower. Walls were marked and dented, fridge had all marks over it. Stains on the carpets, cooker had all burnt food over it and the room stunk of curry. Very-Very slow check-in. Unresponsive when we called from the airport for pick-up. Less than pleasant front desk treatment. Room was missing some amenities. Seat belt buckle was broken on van and tore clothing.

Called 3 times and had to wait an hour for the airport shuttle. Also their “breakfast” includes no milk, no juice, nothing to drink except coffee.
