Very disappointed in the wait for check-in and the overall suitability of the room. Erica was the only saint of the night thank goodness to help ease the pain by delivering superb customer service under dire circumstances.

well at least it had flush toilets It's been a few days since I was there, so maybe the bathroom sink has finally drained. Shower never worked so I suppose the LACK OF SHAMPOO is of little consequence... 'FREE BREAKFAST' ha-ha! Cereal bars and coffeeMate (no milk) Can someone say, FALSE ADVERTISING? What a dump....

One person to cover checkin, maintainance, housekeeping! Smoke detector chirping for 4 hours before the desk clerk could come and remove it.

Great location. I was interrupted from my sleep many times because the front desk forgot i extended my stay. So annoying. I was very sick and needed the rest. Then they called to rush me out the room.

Double booked room we had reserved a month in advance. We wernt the only couple that had same problem. 2 others. We stood in lobby for 3.5 hrs while we all tryed to find accomadations. Ended being 25 min cab ride which set us back another 40 dollars. The worst travel experiance if had with hotel

There is kitchenette in room, but no utensil and coffee machine. The check-in lady told us that we can request these. However, when we called to request for utensils, we were told that they were all gone. The breakfast they provided is not fresh bagel and bread, which is quite disappointing.

We would not recommend this location for a stay. Staff was great back hotel smelled bad- Pet Friendly! Continental Breakfast was a Joke- ran out of coffee, prepackaged muffins that were 3 weeks old and breakfast bars that were likely bought from the Dollar Tree store. I would not stay there again and would not recommend, price of the hotel was way out of line/expensive! Don't let the Conv Centre of Cruise port fool you- only advertise this is that they maybe close to these locations charge to the trip to the cruise ships. Ch... read more
