Free breakfast consists of coffee and muffins. No restaurant. Internet did not work, took all day to get it. Lobby consists of 4 chairs and. Bench. My cruise docked at 8am but I couldn’t check in until 3:00pm...what was I supposed to do for 6 hours. The hotel wouldn’t allow me check in early. Travelocity’s booking did not take this into consideration.

I LEFT JUST AFTER GOING TO ROOM, THE ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN. ACTUAL ANTS ON THE COUNTER IN KITCHEN. ELEVATOR WAS VERY DIRTY AND THE SMELL WAS BAD. TOOK 20 MINUTES TO CHECK IN, AND I WAS SECOND IN LINE. LISTENED TO A CONFERENCE CALL ON SPEAKER PHONE THAT WAS CORPORATE AND IT WAS NOT GOOD FOR CUSTOMER TO HEAR THE NEGATIVE CONVERSATION.

Our room had chick roaches, when i called to the front desk, they were happy to refund me however thought the whole situation was funny... had to walk 5 blocks in the rain with luggage to find a new hotel. Total CRAP!

Chose this property based on location to the Port Everglades. Extremely close and shuttle availabe and that's about the only good thing. It calls itself extended stay and offers kitchens in the room. But if you need a glass, cup, fork, plate etc., you need to call the front desk for them. And more than likely you'll need to go down and get them because there is only one person available. Eddie was the only person nice at that hotel dirty shaddy please and very rude people... Hopefully they change the staff that work there except Eddie who helped my husband and my stay there to be alright
