Cold water The Shower did not work properly in either room, so we had to take a cold shower. There weren't any glasses in the room or an ice bucket. The "breakfast" was boxed muffins and granola bars and coffee. I paid $300 plus for each room. Was not a deal. Not happy with the hotel or Hotels.com

This hotel needs some serious work. We checked in at 4 and the maid staff was still cleaning rooms with piles and piles of dirty laundry and room trash in the hallways. Check In was 3 it shouldn’t have looked like this the carpets in the rooms felt gummy and we have to put towels down to wal... asked for ice and was told there was no ice machine. I’ve stayed at other ES properties and so expected good things from this one. It is a dive. Filthy hallways, bare bones rooms, not even a drinking glass in the bathroom. Front desk wouldn’t answer phone from room. Couldn’t get a hold of them to order shuttle from airport. The bed felt like a board. To start off they gave us a room and it was already rented. The rooms were okay but old and not upgraded in years. The halls and public area were dirty and needed upgraded. There breakfast was just coffee, tea, packaged muffins and oatmeal. No milk, fruit or cereal.

Horrible Hotel - Very OLD and Toilet Clogged It was horrible. I did not stay. I still have not gotten a refund. I end up going to Best Western and paid again. The toilet clogged and the front desk told me to go pick up the plunger at the front desk and plunge it myself. This is a hotel! I paid over $200 for 1 night! Who tells a guest to plunge the toilet!!! Never stay there again!

Disgusting No water pressure in shower. No daily cleaning service or fresh towels. Towels in room had hair in them. Disgusting and will never stay there again.
