Nous avons tellement été déçu d'avoir choisi cet établissement suggéré avec 4,5 étoiles qu'on n'y a même pas couché et on a placé un appel pour être rembourser, ayant loué ailleurs

This property should be avoided at any cost. Last time for the extended stay for me

The place is awful, dirty, old and not customer services. I am glad it was a two night stay before our cruise, but I will never recommended and stay there again. Also, Expedia do not promoted "Breakfast included" because it was not breakfast there, just a to go cup of coffee and a cereal bar. Misleading information there. I do travel a lot, and I know you get what you pay for, but this is not even worthy a half of what we pay for!

The front desk was very unprofessional. Very rude and condescending to customers. A line at checkin at 3PM on 12/30/2018 that had 12 people waiting for rooms and the line was out the front door. Took over 45 minutes to wait in line and get checked in.

I booked here because it advertised free transportation from the airport and to the cruise port. Airport transportation stopped at 2:30 pm, long before check-in availability, and there was a charge for cruise port transportation. We were first put into a room that had not been cleaned, had a water leak, and a big noisy machine attempting to dry the carpet. They changed the room as soon as we complained. When I called from the airport I was told they didn't have a room. I had paid for it a month ago. My flight was delayed and they didn't hold my room even though I told them I would be in late that night. They didn't even notify me. They put us at another property of theirs. The staff was nice there. Would never stay at another Extended Stay.

Very old hotel. Never see hotel breakfast in hotel entrance door, in front of counter small area. Just have coffee, muffin and bar.

Very unclean, all public spaces were very dirty. Elevator floor had vomit.
