The staff were really friendly but the showers were awful. Hard to use.. some tricky system that makes you feel like you are winding the shower controls right off. Staff said they get people having issues with them all the time. She actually came to room to help make it work. Then it was really no pressure and cool water . The water dripped all the time. Location was convenient. It’s not bad for a one night stay before a cruise.

Bra beliggenhet! Hotellet er slitt, har tepper på gulvene og det er lov å ha med kjæledyr. Frokosten består av instant havregrøt og barer pluss kaffe eller te. Det er kjøkken på rommet, men du må få tallerkener, glass, bestikk ol. i resepsjonen. Beliggenheten er topp med bla gratis "trikk" til stranden fra hovedgaten rett utenfor hotellet.

There were bugs in the room, the Direct TV went off when it rained and I didn’t know that they don’t provide housekeeping services. The staff was very nice.

Our room looked a little runned down but the hotel was walking distance to the Port.

The continental breakfast was awful. Coffee and packed muffins only. The staff even told us at check in that it was bad so not to get our expectations up.

Not as advertised. Theyvsaid that there was a continental breakfast, but in reality it was a coffee and muffin grab and go station on a very small table in a very small lobby, with no seating. property was also older than expected with uncomfortable beds.

I was honestly terrified to stay here after reading the recent reviews . Booking over a month ago it wasnt as bad but we had a decent stay. I read on my email if we were going to have a late check in to call and let them know . So I did that on Thanksgiving to let them know we would be there around 2am Friday . They said no problem you have the room till 11am Saturday . Well we drive 7 hours and get there and they no showed our reservation.
