Shuttle driver was wonderful, friendly and courteous. Aragon, gentleman at desk was courteous and friendly but unable to come through with an early check in. Waited six hours to get in our room. Beds felt comfortable due to our exhaustion, however once we surveyed the room in am found vomit or human feces on the side of the mattress cover. Went down in morning before checking out to tell manager but when the gal at the desk ask if she “had time to talk to me”. She never appeared. Not the worst place I have stayed. Very Friendly The service was great. Our initial room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and they quickly set us up in another room. My biggest issue is more the price for what it is, this is not a 3 or 4 star hotel. We sacrificed comfort for location. Oh and a Cabinet in the lobby with Sam's club muffins, granola bars and Coffee is not breakfast.

Had booked King size bed. There wasn't any. First room on first stay (before cruise), toilet didn't work. Was moved to a different room. Room on second stay (after cruise), shower didn't work. Shower head, hose and attachment had to be replaced. Dust and dirt build up behind chest of drawers. Continental breakfast consisted of small packaged muffins, granola bars, packaged instant oatmeal packages and coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating within the limits of the facility.
