We got there, it took about 45 minutes to check in. The staff is poorly trained, the rooms felt dirty and there was sitting water in our tub. The only plus was that I was given a suite because there was someone in the room ai was first given. I walked in and their stuff was all over the room already. Which then made it real uncomfortable thinking anyone can walk through the door at any moment.

This was a great location for cruise and airport needs. The girl at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The shuttle van driver was very friendly and happy even though he was rushed and had a busy day. The room was adequate for our needs but was a bit outdated and in need of repairs in the bathroom. The hotel itself was centrally located to anything you might need, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy. The beach was a bit far but we were able to walk to everything so no need for a car. Location is just outside Ft Lauderdale cruise port & price was great. Breakfast was terrible & had no table & chairs, you had to stand in little lobby to eat

Could use some work I called the front desk several times to arrange for a shuttle pick up, but got no answer. I finally gave up and took a cab. I intended to take a shuttle to the airport the next day, but was told that the first one was at 7, which was too late for my 7:30 flight. There were several small ants in my kitchen. I mentioned it to the front desk attendant at checkout and her only response was “on the counter? Okay.” No apology or anything. Not even a hint of surprise.
