Good price and walking distance to convention center. Public area could be cleaner and smell better. There were no trash cans in small lobby area. Had to wait at front desk every time for clerk to come out of back room. Another guest was hanging out in elevator and asking people for money.

What i liked was the close proximenty to the cruise ports & they provided a shuttle to the port. What i did NOT like was the shuttle from the airport to the property ended at 4pm??? If check in is at 3PM, why would the shuttle service be over at 4PM??? Shuttle service from the airport to the property NEEDS to be extended.

Lacking basic things like soap shampoo conditioner and the tub leaked. Nothing in the kitchen to use such as utensils dishes . No area info in the room and no paper / pen . The tv was very small. The bed was comfortable and the staff very friendly. Also no ice machine..
