it was a bit disappointing I'd stay here before and it was better all around. We asked for a coffee maker and got half of it, the parts we need to make coffee we didn't get. When asked about it in the morning the front desk staff was a bit short in attitude

Bring your own shampoo etc. only towels and a bar of soap, no ice - area a little sketchy staff nice and close to cruise ship departures

Perfectly Fine We stayed for a week and it was perfectly acceptable - we didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel but wanted to feel safe. The rooms are big and the locations was fine - close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Convenient for Convention Center Hotel served its purpose for convention I was attending. An easy 10min walk on same side of street. No restaurant at hotel but a good variety to choose from across the street. Had an uncomfortable bed the first night and they quickly gave me another room. Suggest testing your bed the minute you arrive. Unfortunately had other new issues the rest of my stay but the asst.manager Neika did an excellent job of service recovery. The property is very clean and the front desk assistants were nice. I enjoyed staying there. Definitely will be coming back to stay at another extended stay America!
