Shuttle driver was wonderful, friendly and courteous. Aragon, gentleman at desk was courteous and friendly but unable to come through with an early check in. Waited six hours to get in our room. Beds felt comfortable due to our exhaustion, however once we surveyed the room in am found vomit or human feces on the side of the mattress cover. Not the worst place I have stayed. Very Friendly The service was great. Our initial room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke and they quickly set us up in another room. My biggest issue is more the price for what it is, this is not a 3 or 4 star hotel. We sacrificed comfort for location. Oh and a Cabinet in the lobby with Sam's club muffins, granola bars and Coffee is not breakfast.

Had booked King size bed. There wasn't any. First room on first stay (before cruise), toilet didn't work. Was moved to a different room. Room on second stay (after cruise), shower didn't work. Shower head, hose and attachment had to be replaced. Dust and dirt build up behind chest of drawers. Continental breakfast consisted of small packaged muffins, granola bars, packaged instant oatmeal packages and coffee. The staff was very friendly and accommodating within the limits of the facility.

We got there, it took about 45 minutes to check in. The staff is poorly trained, the rooms felt dirty and there was sitting water in our tub. The only plus was that I was given a suite because there was someone in the room ai was first given. I walked in and their stuff was all over the room already. Which then made it real uncomfortable thinking anyone can walk through the door at any moment.

This was a great location for cruise and airport needs. The girl at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. The shuttle van driver was very friendly and happy even though he was rushed and had a busy day. The room was adequate for our needs but was a bit outdated and in need of repairs in the bathroom. The hotel itself was centrally located to anything you might need, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy. The beach was a bit far but we were able to walk to everything so no need for a car.
