Perfectly Fine We stayed for a week and it was perfectly acceptable - we didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel but wanted to feel safe. The rooms are big and the locations was fine - close to restaurants, shopping, etc.
Convenient for Convention Center Hotel served its purpose for convention I was attending. An easy 10min walk on same side of street. No restaurant at hotel but a good variety to choose from across the street. Had an uncomfortable bed the first night and they quickly gave me another room. Suggest testing your bed the minute you arrive. Unfortunately had other new issues the rest of my stay but the asst.manager Neika did an excellent job of service recovery. Great property in a great area to sleep at. Many restaurants around.
The property is very clean and the front desk assistants were nice. I enjoyed staying there. Definitely will be coming back to stay at another extended stay America!
Pre cruise Few nights stay pre cruise. Shuttle bus driver, Edward very nice.
