Love this hotel very close to the port and shopping areas if you need to get items for your cruise the front desk staff are so friendly and helpful

I liked the heat and aircondition comfort. The shower was nice minius a puckering in the shower roof i guess from a prior leak.The refrigerator sweated. The noisy opening and closing of doors.

no te limpian la habitación, te buscan al aeropuerto si llegas de 7am a 3pm. llamé a la 2:45pm y ya no contestaban, el desayuno sólo es café, té, avena, granola y moffi.por lo demás todo bién

The location near the cruise port and airport were great. Also convenient airport shuttle. Clean room, comfortable bed and continental breakfast.

Super slow check in This hotel is close to the cruise port but lacks. You have to ask for dishes for the kitchen. It didn't even have a coffee maker. Breakfast was coffee, granola bars and packets of oatmeal! No fruit no juice. For the considerably high price I wouldn't recommend it.
