Not a pleasant stay, not clean and the staff was not helpful or friendly

Probably shouldn’t here. The front desk staff always so helpful, kind, happy and curteous. That’s about where our joy ended. The room had a film from mopping, the water took 5 min to heat up in the shower, the stove barely worked, I had mold in the bathroom, and zero counter space to work with while trying to make food which, making my own food is the only reason I stayed there. The whole feeling of the place was sketchy. I didn’t know what I was getting into when I booked this place.
The room was dingy. They was doing a lot of stuff in the hallways. Couldn’t really move. The elevator broke on me. I had to wait five minutes for it to get fixed. Just basically don’t recommend.

Hallways were stink. Animals living in the rooms idk just stinky

My reservation was made in error, and I asked to be refunded as I never went to this hotel. i’m still waiting for management to either contact me or give me a refund.

Not very clean, not maintained well, I was given a room that someone was already in, keys to new room didn’t work on 2 separate occasions and had to go back down to lobby. The lady that recharged my cards just asked what room and didn’t verify if I was indeed in that room, there was a crack on our room window. The phone chargers on the lamps did not work unless they were on. Toilet seat was scratched up, some hair in the tub.
