First room lock was broken. Second room ac didn’t work. Front desk was annoyed and I responded the same. I had two children and a pup with me. I had to keep going downstairs with them to get a room that finally was just ok

Was denied check in. Was told we had too many pets. Was told there would be no charge, but was charged over $107 anyway. We went to the Hampton Inn by Hilton insted. They accepted ALL of our pets with OPEN ARMS.

I left something in the room and called and they cannot find it. It is a oculus they kept it. I tore my whole house apart looking for my jacket which is special to me. I realized I left it on the bed when I was rushing out to my appointments. Horrible on my part but I can’t believe they cannot find it. Housekeeping probably took it home

It’s a brand-new facility, so you’d think they couldn’t screw it up—but they did. The people they put at the front desk are completely incompetent; they can’t even follow a simple conversation. Clueless, rude, and utterly useless. If you have any problems in your room, you’re on your own. Toilets clogged? Your problem—solve it yourself. No water coming from the faucets?
