We never went. Their elevator broke and I have a disabled mother. I would like my money back since we booked at another hotel and nobody from hotels.com called us to switch. Very pissed about losing money to you crooks. I have to tweet and post about this on social media

We contact each and every guest every day before they even get here so they are able to contact their third-party so that their third-party is able to accommodate them We cant control what the third-partys do on their end

No elevator(broken) for our room in 4th floor. The toilet leaked all the time. Normally we are very happy to sleep there but not for this time.

Well, i visted from FL to visit my little grandkids. They stayed with us for a few hours at hotel for a quick bath and change of clothes ( 4yr and 1 yr old) and then all of a sudden complaints about noise. There were dogs barking and ppl laughing but kids was a issue? Threatened to make us leave if another complaint and no refund. Smh. Only there for 1 hour or so. Smh. We were VERY rudely turned away from this hotel, despite our Expedia reservation. The person at the front desk concocted some story about a manager having talked to me earlier by phone. They implied that the reservation was cancelled due to how that phone call went. That phone conversation never took place and my phone records will confirm that fact!

Good day Ms. Williams after you and I spoke on Oct 2 2025 we do have phone records of you calling earlier in the day remember you told me your boyfriend was paying for the room I told you an authorization form need to be filled out you call me back because you couldn't find it so I had to tell you again you were able to find after we spoke I check your mother in Debra Williams she almost BURNED down my hotel. That would be the reason I told my front desk not to check you in you were not charged for your stay.
Disgusting, nasty, unacceptable! Bed bugs, regular bugs, hair in the bed, stains, sink not cleaned… prime example of what a hotel should not look/be like. If you care about cleanliness, find somewhere else to stay, even if this is the cheapest convenient option, I advise you go somewhere else. Bad enough, whoever the manager is tried to refund and void fees for one night like no, i made sure to get the whole thing back but you’ve been warned!
