The best part avout this hotel is it is pet friendly! The hotel looks great on the outside and inside but the elevator sounded like it was going to crash at any minute. The walls and ceilings were so thin you could here everything. I asked for 1 plate and 1 set of silverware. I was handed 2 plastic totes with dishes, pits

I could not log on to the internet. I had to take my laptop to Starbucks. The gym had 3 cardio machines with no weights. The breakfast offered limited choices. Disapointing.

Front desk staff was rude. I am a business traveler with associates and this was my first (and last) stay with this property. The property was beautiful, the room was perfect and the location was top notch. However, when I had a request for special accommodations for a work-related issue, the front desk staff was rude and unwilling to offer any assistance. Cleaning the room after 7 days of stay shows how much they care about the welfare of their guests. If they don’t clean the room after 7 days, I can only imagine how often they clean the hallways. The hallway carpet smells of old dog urine and feces, the moment you get off the elevator. Which is probably why they changed the room floors to vinyl. We sat the old towels outside the door. Truly awful experience We arrived at 1:20 am after a long drive and were denied check in by Cynthia. She said after 1 am guests become no shows and no one can be checked in or resold a room. I believe she sold our room to someone else and pretended she could not check us in. You owe me a refund and I will also pursue this with my credit card company.

Upon arrival they checked us into room 323. When my family, with two small children, entered room 323 we discovered someone was still staying there!!! It was dirty and filled with food, cooking utensils, and clothing, etc. Thankfully the people were not in that room as I had my children enter first!!! We went back to the desk and apologized and moved us to room 119 which was better. Could’ve been a bit cleaner but it was a decent place to lay out heads. There was an altercation at the front desk - 2 adults (assuming guests) harassed my mother while she was waiting for me downstairs in the lobby. She was minding her own business and these 2 adult kept pushing her to answer questions like what she was doing and why she was standing there … my mother was scared . There was 1 person at the desk, a young girl, having difficulty handling the situation .

Roaches,, wasn’t very clean could not get housekeeping to come clean up. Hotel smelled like dog urine, etc..
