toilet blockage, had to change to a different room. Then the elevator out of order in the next day, had to take stairs with equipment :(

The hotel itself is fine. Nothing special. My biggest complaint (I know, 1st world problems) is what they consider take-away breakfast. It consists of a sampling of yogurt, one orange that was on its way out, a few granola bars (that is what was out at just after 9am) a single wrapped muffin, coffee and hot water but NO CREAM OR MILK - anywhere. 5:30 am people was hitting a hammer in the hotel. Smelly bedsheets and dirty floor full of dust and bottle caps under the bed

The heater was loud and poorly working for the whole night. I reserved a king bed room but it was over booked so they had to give me a different room. There were stains on the bed sheet. And they wouldn’t even allow me to put my luggage at the front desk temporarily for some hours after I checked out. In a word, no service and poor facility conditions.

Lackluster breakfast and eggs with the texture of dried glue. Only sugary breakfast items aside from the eggs. Coffee ran out after a single cup. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Overall, just ok. Decent deals, just don't expect a full on continental breakfast (you're on your own).

After many uneventful stays at that property, 2 things were very disturbing this time 1: pictures, including complete driver’s license, were on display on the kiosk/pad at the customer service desk. Once the attendant was notified, the screen on display was changed. Don’t know how long this had been there though. I noticed the pictures at check in but did not pay close enough attention until the next morning. 2: no cold water in the bath tubs. Tried 2 rooms. Maybe this will be fixed after someone is terribly scalded.
