Frustrated that the parking lot wasn’t cleared a bit better after the snow.

No refund I made the reservation because my son had an early morning appointment to receive an infusion at the nearby Sentara Treatment Center. While on our way to check in, we received a call at 6:08pm that the treatment center would be closed and his appointment rescheduled. I called the hotel to cancel my reservation but was informed I was too late for a refund. Really? 8 minutes?

This property was very cheaply made. The bed sheets were low quality. They were put in the beds and very wrinkly and not tucked in. I at first thought that someone had slept in the bed but then realized it was just cheap sheets. The breakfast was just grab and go with one type of muffin, chocolate. Ugg. One kind of yogurt, a couple of granola bars. That’s about it. I thought I would give it a try but I would not stay here again. The price was not great for what was offered.

Comfortable as a bad dorm room No toilet paper in the room. A kitchen with a stove with no cups, plates, pots, pans or any utensils. For a hotel that has only been open for 4-5 months there was water damage in the bathroom walls that was painted over & leeching through. At night there was outside our window a loud motor that would run every couple of hours. The place was as comfortable as a dorm room.

Great hotel, but don't stay for breakfast! The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no juice of any kind, the hard boiled eggs were terrible,plastic in texture! Overall the hotel was great

Cold shower, no soap, no micro, no pots, pans, plates, utensils ( so much for ext stay). The real issue though was no hot water anywhere

Wasn’t that clean , found a lot hairs on the floor and in athroom
