we were in Harrisonburg for the James Madison opening game. We were tailgating and realized that we would not get to the hotel in time so I phoned them at 4:10 PM to let them know I needed a late check-in said that would be no problem at all when we got to the hotel they had canceled our route 11:30 PM Lady found us a room. We open the door. It had toolboxes screwdrivers on the floor three or four rollaway beds no towels. I guess she did the best. She could what she had! Very disappointed.

It was very loud and noise in the hallways threw the night with doors slamming and people laughing and taking I am guessing the issue was we was right up to where the check in is at

You expect a barebones breakfast but not like this. It's awful I would only recommend hotel if it for a business traveler who will be away from for at least 2 weeks. Do not reccommend for weekend or overnigiht stays.

I called ahead of time to let them know I would be checking in around 2:30am it has been half an hour and no one is in the front to check me in. I have three small babies. I want my money back

Was the first guest in a new room and enjoyed the stay. Very pleasant even though the breakfast was not as advertised as permits were not yet obtained. Was charged a $250 fee for smoking in room which ABSOLUTELY never happened. Can not reccomend.
