Bathtub needed extra cleaning
First room had ants everywhere. Second room smelled like seafood, one side of stove did not work, while the other side went out in the middle of cooking. We had to throw the food away. Pool was extremely warm. The couch was pelling. Mildew was in the curtains.

The furniture was very worn! The baseboards and flooring was showing signs of dirtiness. Overal room was sketchy and felt nasty.

Outdated. Furniture peeling. Building wasn’t fresh. Smelled mildewed

One night I was told that there’s no more queen bed rooms and Exspedia made a mistake so I was given a room with 2 full beds instead although I paid for a room with queen size bed when I got to the room it smell bad and the AC was weak I called front desk they sent a guy up and he said that it’s blowing as cold as it’s going to get so I was basically sweating all night uncomfortable and on able to sleep

It's really unfortunate to reserve a place and find the rooms in very sad and poor condition, neglected, with very hard mattresses and worn-out pillows. The place isn't worth the price.
