The property is dirty and the staff pretty much ignore you. In a weeks stay never got room service and I had to mop the floors myself!! N You also need to bring dirty towels to the front desk yourself and empty your own garbage. Rooms are in bad condition. The “grill” on site is ancient and being used as a communal ashtray!! Super disappointed!! We only stayed here because other hotels were fully booked. Sun n Fun Two queen beds and one of them had a broken pedestal which was like sleeping on a teeter totter, seriously. One guy at the front desk thought was hilarious.There was no way that was missed by the previous cleaning crew. Bathroom shower was in bad shape. Room showed wear and tear. It was during Sun n Fun so I was fortunate to get any available room so I did not complain but I informed the staff.

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the last ten years. It really could use an upgrade. Bathroom, bedroom and living areas are "tired". They supply a "breakfast" that consists of packaged hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, pre-packaged muffins, and various breakfast bars. The coffee is not very good. This is a step down from the past. Not really a perk.

Smelly room Room was dirty and smelly. Needs a refresh

Would not recommend Very uncomfortable beds, hardest we have ever slept in. Key card readers in doors didn't work sometimes. Nothing in kitchen to use, not even a coffee maker. Very outdated. AC didn't work. Included breakfast consisted of boiled eggs and mini muffin. Awful.

Awful Hotel was so old and dated and mold in shower. Hairdryer didn’t work, water only got semi warm and furniture was worn. Needs updating

The property was listed as having breakfast. The only thing available was granola bars and juice. My husband spilled his coffee and was told there was no napkins. I chose your hotel and paid $227 when I could have gone to any other ones next door, across the street for $149. Last time I stay at your facility.

My experience with Expedia was terrible and this is my last experience. I reserved a room for two nights originally fully refundable at a total of $442.xx. i decided to arrive a day later so I cancelled the first night before the deadline. Expedia only gave me $117 refund instead of the $221 in which I was due. Totally misleading customers....
