Garbage 🗑️ Hated the whole experience worse treatment by the staff

Our room 426 stunk really bad our ac about caught fire . And you can’t have extra towels when you have a party of 6 staying only 4 towels and two wash clothes .

Terrible option among dozens of hotels in the area Rooms are old. Kitchen was unusable. Beds were like sleeping on the ground. Breakfast was a joke. No juices or even water. Some breakfast bars and bulk muffins that said blueberry but didn’t have any blueberries. The entire place should be closed down. So many nicer places at the same price point. Never again.

Old property, problem with exterior doors, others said it was that way for a while. Snack bars and instant oatmeal for breakfast, ran out of coffee both days. Room was clean and bed was fine

The worst experience in this hotel The worst experience with my family no service at all super dirty room I do not recommend this hotel

Not great I expected better from an Extended Stay. Room and furnishings were worn and old. Bed was lumpy and pillows were flat rocks.

Extended Stay America is buckling the trend. Anybody else is going upmarket, but Extended Stay is committed to go as low as possible. The card entry system cannot get any older. I had to go for several trips as the card’s demagnetized . Then you have to opt in to get dishes, cutlery, pans, coffee maker and a toaster. You have to carry them by yourself from the lobby to your room. The rooms have no napkins, tissues box. There is no housekeeping service for 7 days. Washing machines are not correctly numbered if you use the app! I had to purchase a single use of tide, the quarters got stuck in the machine. Staff proceeded to tell me!!! There is nothing they can do because they don’t have a key. The remote batteries were dead, staff had no tools to replace the batteries. Luckily I have tools on me to say the least. Also watch where you walk the flooring in the rooms is not installed correctly!!

Stay somewhere else! Stayed here for its proximity to the RP Funding Center and because we needed a room that accommodated 5. Lobby area was nice and inviting but we stayed in room 202 and it was not in good shape. Beds were tiny and one of the bed frames were completely broken and loose. The couch was worn and stained and we had to brush crumbs and debris off to open and access the extra bed. Requested linens and a pillow for the extra bed and were told they were out.
