Don’t stay at this hotel Room was really dirty. We tried to change rooms but we were told the hotel was full. The floor was full of pet hair. We have a toddler that we did not allow to walk. We first noticed all the hair when arrived and he walked with his socks. We told the receptionist about it and all she said was “I can give you a broom or the vacuum so you can clean it.”We paid $160 for the room and she wanted us to do their job! FYI: Their breakfast is only granola bars and coffee. They don’t have anything else. So if ... read more

Sleeping in an ashtray Awful. * person at front desk was not wearing a mask on the first day * The room smelled like an ashtray. We were offered Fabreez when we complained. * The bed was improperly made - no top sheet. We had to walk to the front desk to get something that resembled a sheet but was not. * The shower was barely above a trickle - it was not adequate for hair washing. * The HVAC unit really only offered AC. Disappointed The elevator didn't work, and the a/c unit made a hissing sound every 5-6 minutes. Because of that, I slept only 25% of the night. And most of the receptacles in my room didn't work. But one did.

We reserved a King bed, but the room had a Queen bed. also the air condition was liking.

I got fleas in my room.. I got FLEAS in my room. And now I will have itch and pimples on my legs in the next two weeks. Advise: Remove the blanket from bed immediately when you go in and put it away. They have wooden floors in the room so the blanket is the only source of fleas. Sure will not go back to this hotel

Worst of the worst Worst experience ever. They took the reservation, have a hold on my credit card, but claimed they had no reservation and no vacancy. We had to sleep in the car at a Walmart parking lot because it was already midnight. Absolute pits. No effort to make up for their colossal screwup. Thanks for helping ruin our vacation.
