Not impressed I am sorry to say that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The room smelled and the bed was uncomfortable. We couldn’t sleep due to the smell. Not sure if it was coming from the room / bathroom or the AC but something needs fixing quickly. We booked the hotel with the understanding that breakfast was supplied but we found out that it was grab and go and was only cereal bars and take away pots of microwave porridge.

Would not stay again My room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The room had a damp feeling and I woke up to a roach crawling on the desk chair. Check in employee want very professional but the overnight front desk employee was the only positive quality Amy the entire experience. He was friendly and responsive.

Disappointed and outraged. The elevator broke and my handicapped parents had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. The elevator did not get fixed for 3 1/2 to 4 hours later. UNACCEPTABLE!! I requested to have my room next to my parents room, so that I could assist them but that was also not accommodated and we were not even put on the same floor. Breakfast was a joke. Convenient Location. Comfortable bed. Room looks nice. Saw two coackroaches in the bathroom in the middle of the night.. One got away.

Breakfast included was a cereal bar and small yogurt. Not even cream for coffee. Nothing in rooms that are assumed standard.
