THERE WAS NO STAY I WAS UNABLE TO GO DUE TO FAMILY EMERGENCY AND CALLED HOTEL THEY SAID THEY WOULD NOT HAVE A PROPLEM WITH REFUND BUT THAT THEY COULD NOT DO IT BECAUSE WAS PURCHASED THROUGH EXPEDIA AND NOW EXPEDIA GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND LYING...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Not clean Never cleaned my room and hall way smelled like dog pee.

When we arrived at this hotel there wasnt any luggage cart had to carry al stiff to 3rd floor wasn’t easy as we had bad backs room was ok shower was slow when water came out

My room had a number of unresolved issues that staff failed to fix as they had said they would: bedside lamps and outlets not working, room phone not working to call front desk, no hair dryer ( staff said they had all been taken by prior guests), missing bathroom toiletries, and my room was on 4th floor and last day of my stay the elevator was broken so had to carry all my luggage down four flights. Not a pleasant stay.
