Horrible do not stay I booked this hotel out of necessity as family was coming in from out of town for my mom’s funeral. The hotel was dirty . They were short of breakfast everyday . Customer service was the worst . Front desk service was the worst . They were very rude provided zero solutions and had a bad bad attitude . One of the rooms didn’t have an AC and they didn’t give the guests another room this is in Fl in July this is unacceptable. not impressed The a/c kept shutting off and then would say error never got below 77. The elevator kept shaking. would not come back.
