Advertised on their own website plus on Expedia that they offer complimentary shuttle service from the airport, I called to confirm and they said yes, however, they never mentioned that it's only till 10:00 pm. Was a complete inconvenience for us at night time with so much luggage and with elders and kids. Will never stay at any of their locations.

Room 219 Loud air conditioning unit sounded like a loud motor. Shower had black mold, hair in sink, rusted towel rack

I got here at night around 12 am. The front desk had a bad attitude. I have asked for two beds here in expedia and he told me he has one but i only paid for one bed and was rude. He explained to me that 3rd party web sites are not clear to client online and he had forwarded this to managment but nothing had change. At the end i end up in one bed and pull up coach. Breakfast is a joke do not count on it, cereal and bagels and toast. Oh and coffee. Over all its my first and last time. Not worth what i paid.

still had towels from previous stay. told front desk, was told well we only clean once a week. Told him we just checked in, he then told us he was just the night clerk no one there, anything he could do for us?

Burde være bedre Havde booket et værelse til 6 pers. Der var to senge med sengetøj og en læder look a Like sofa som kunne slåes ud. En madras hvor man kan mærke fjederne i ryggen og intet sengetøj eller lagen til. Der var heller ikke håndklæder til 6 kun 4. Da vi henvendte os fik vi et lagen og et brunt tæppe vi kunne sove med. Ydermere skulle vi hver gang vi skulle ind på værelset ned i receptionen igen idet vores kort ikke virkede.
