They took money from me after I left my card after I left .

This hotel should not be considered as Airport hotel. It is 7 miles away from the airport, the shuttle only works from 8am to 10 pm. I arrived at midnight so I have no transportation, in addition no WiFi because they said I had not been registered . Moreover I had to leave at 7am so no transportation. You have to pay for transportation, then this hotel will be more expensive than the 5 stars hotels near to the airy. Very poor services for airport travelers

We arrived at 01:45, but we could not check in until 02:00 because the computer system was occupied doing its daily update. The clerk was as nice as he could be, but said he couldn’t access the system to assign us a room or issue our key cards. The only option was to sit in the lobby and veg until the system was back up. Once back up, we efficiently completed the check-in process, but we already lost nearly an hour of sleep during our relatively short overnight layover at MIA. NO ROOM SERVICE CHECKED IN TUESDAY MAY 7TH CHECK SATURDAY MAY 11TH. HAD TO GET TOWELS. BATHROOM TISSUE FROM FRONT DESK. NO UTENSILS!!

Not very clean grout in the bathrooms was black in many spots. No pillows or blankets for the soda sleeper and we were given 2 towels for 6 people had to ask for everything. TolD there was shuttle service to the airport but that was after nine in the morning not very convienent
