Never go back No one was at front desk. You have to go to front desk for towels plates,napkins etc . they have nothing in the room if your paying for a full kitchen you should have items there . Will never go back . Area sucked its behind a shopping mall

It was noisy from planes and other guest. Also no blanket or pillows for pull out bed and called to request blanket and pillow was told i had to come down to get the stuff. Also they dont acept cash.

Basic hotel. Do not expect much. Hotel need restoration. Breakfast poor, insuficient staff to clean and ensure food is available. For a night stay might be ok but do jot expect much

Nunca volvería. No lo recomendaría. NADA RECOMENDABLE: 1) te ofrecen cocina y no hay utensilios para cocinar, ni vasos, ni cubiertos, nada de nada. Cualquier cosa que necesites hay que pedirla en recepción 2) la limpieza de las habitaciones las hacen 1 vez a la semana 3) desayuno desastroso 4) no hay suministro diario de jabón 5) no hay almohadas para el sofacamas No lo recomendaría. El trato es pésimo desde el momento de hacer el check in y no me explicaron bien mis dudas. El Sr. Marcelo que fue el que me atendió se le pido expender un día más y al otro día me llaman por telefono porque yo no había entregado la llave, le indicó que había extendido el día y el alega que yo no le dije y hasta me había echo firmar el día agregado.
