Very Good Desta vez não tivemos muita sorte com o wi-fi. Estava excessivamente instável. Não nos dava condição de uso. Outro ponto que não nos foi satisfatório, mas estamos aguardando uma solução, diz respeito ao estorno do calção (garantia) que nos cobram no check-in, com a promessa de devolução no check-out. Apesar da recepcionista ter falado que havia solicitado o estorno, já faz oito dias que deixamos o hotel e ainda não recebemos o estorno. Enviei e-mail para o hotel e ainda não obtive resposta. Good It took over an hour to get me checked in. They were able to locate my reservation but could not find an available room. It was late, and I was annoyed by the inconvenience not understanding how it could’ve happened as it was booked well over a month! The room was clean and comfortable however the bathtub was not. I don’t think this was worth the money for a one night stay and I def wouldn’t stay here again
