Did not do laundry Front desk was not very friendly Would not stay there again

Dirty, bedsheets smell bad room smells bad and hallways smell bad!

when i went to check in they told me i have reserved only one room when i reserve 2 rooms. they refuse to give me the keys for the second room, and there was not a manager. i have to go again when a I spoke with a new front desk person, and he gave the key for the second room.

Decided to select a different hotel. The lobby smelled like roach spray and the receptionist was not very friendly or helpful

The room had an awful smell. Also the entire property. Breakfast was included but they dont even have coffee to offer??!!?!? So dissapointed and never staing here again.

Wish there was washing up liquid and a sponge to clean the plates ect. Also the right hand side bed lamp was broken.

NEEDS TO BE CLOSED OR RENOVATED The area is great the hotel itself is awful needs update, the lobby smelled of rotten garbage, not pleasant and the room did not cool even after two hours could not stay the night with my kids
