Floors and bathroom dirty. Corridors and lobby floors always dirty. As a local and ATT costumer, the signal was bad, and the free wifi had no signal, so to work you have to pay! Windows Duarte with green old grime. Elevators slow and doors make loud noises. Breakfast quality poor.

Estadia de una noche, en relación precio-calidad no fue la mejor. La habitación 510 era amplia pero todo es viejo. El baño tenía suficientes toallas, papel, jabón y un champú miniatura. The whole building had a horrible smell, as well as the room having a horrible odor. It felt like a hotel for those on welfare that need a place to live, and nothing else. The room lamps were rusted and looked completely worn, the bed tables were also not very clean. The bathroom looked and felt like a layer of filth was on it.The front desk would never answer the phone when we attempted to contact them. I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I need to be honest. The cleanliness of this hotel is unacceptable for the price I paid. The bathroom needs a deep clean, the corners of the room are dirty, the elevator is disgusting, and the carpet throughout the hotel smells strongly of mold. In fact, the entire hotel has a bad odor. It's not clean. It needs renovation. No cleaning daily. Shower has very low flow. The noises can be heard clearly in the room. The hallways smell really terrible.

Extremely dirty, disgusting! We read good reviews thats why se booked! Not sure if anything here changed recently but it was very bad! Yes the location is amazing however please clean properly and don’t let your guests to sit on a dirty toilet before anything else! So disappointing!

the was no security anyone could walk in and up to the rooms, concierge was always on their phone or watching tv in the back and did not know what a “do not disturb sign” was for the doors, the air conditioner in the room was leaking making a noise all night. room was spacious but not worth the price.
