Process was uneventful in regards of details about the check in and property ammenities. No details about parking, breakfast, checkout...nothing. We were interrogating the very friendly associate throughout the whole process.
No room service if you stay less than 7nights. Floor lobby smells bed. They mentioned breakfast included but it was grab and go and no option of fruit and no milk for coffee. And at the time of checkout ask them Extra 30min they said no. Never had such a bed experience.
The bathroom was completely clean, but I would never stay here again. It just didn’t feel clean and did not seem like a very nice place to stay. It needs a severe update in the reception area where you check in. There was one nasty place to sit that you probably wouldn’t wanna even put your purse on. A woman got out of the elevator, carrying a plunger while another gentleman was paying for his rent. So I’m not really sure what’s going on at that place. It just didn’t seem like.
Was a different price and the person was really rude, and she was mad when I ask if I can pay cash she said u only be here 1 day and for pay cash u should be stay 7 and she charge more money and different prices Online I make the reservation with different price including the Tax feed
Limited parking
The only thing I qualify as completely SHAMEFUL is the “Continental” breakfast!!! There was almost nothing to eat. Just Coffee, muffins and yogurts. Where are the pancakes? Milk? Scrambled eggs? Sausages? Orange juice? Fruits? Only one Orange I saw in the basket. It is ridiculous! In others hotels in Miami they offered all that as Continental breakfast. And it was 8.15am

The smell of drugs and stink all over the place. The room very basic no shower gel or coffee in the room. Breakfast was cupcake and unhealthy snack with very disgusting coffee No water.. no services
