My family and I had a very frustrating experience. After prepaying for our stay online, we arrived at check-in time only to find that there were no rooms available. We waited for an hour and a half with our tired and hungry baby, which was incredibly stressful. Eventually, the front desk staff handed us a key, assuring us they would "figure it out." Get what you pay for. The first room smelt like animal pee. The second room had a musty smell which I was able to tolerate.
