One and done My room wasn’t ready I arrive at 4pm. Staff was miserable and my room was dirty

Alles in Ordnung so weit. Sauber Matratzen gut Duschkopf etwas verkalkt kam nicht mehr viel Wasser durch. Park, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2min zu erreichen
The location is good, close to the train station and to the convenient store across the street. This hotel has no shuttle service to the port.. Although my stay here was only for the night to tour miami, it was easy to get to from south beach...the area looked safe, people is seen walking during the night and day. I had a great view from my room window...The staff was nice. The breakfast was only grab to go items like individually wrapped muffins...it would be nice to incorporate fruits.

We were very happy with our stay at Extended Stay 2/12/24-2/19/24. It is very convenient to shopping ,grocery ,banks,ect I just have a few suggestions . When I arrived there were a lot of boxes behind the front desk and only one bench to sit on while waiting to check in and if you were early the wait could be a long time with no place to sit.
