The property is about 2 miles from Broadway in downtown Nashville and is about 1 hour walk. We often used Lyft to get around who were very reliable. The staff were nice if we spoke to them otherwise we were ignored. The rooms are basic with a large fridge freezer that was quite noisy when the compressor kicked in through the night. The AC was effective but also noisy when on high speed. They do a room clean and linen change after a week but I never noticed a the cleaning. For downtown Nashville, it was pretty good. We felt safe while staying there, and the room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. There was even a decent amount of parking for the location. The only real downside was the noise from the city.

The Good and The Bad Of It First morning of our stay, went to lobby to get coffee and was told there wasn't any, only tea and hot chocolate. (Keep in mind there was No Coffeemaker in the room.) We don't drink hot chocolate and tea at breakfast. A lot of ppl don't. So we had to wait going elsewhere to buy coffee at a higher price and wait even longer for it. Clean and updated room. Breakfast was scant. Clogged drain was fixed quickly. But "ask at the front desk and they will give you (a stopper for the kitchenette sink)"?

Free breakfast was some fruit bars or oatmeal. I stayed thinking it was at least continental but the only thing good was the coffee.
