Absolute bare bones in room. Not even a coffee maker or plastic utensils...cockroach on bathroom floor. However, bed was comfortable.

Great price. Great location. Staff was friendly and it was very clean

If you need a room close to Vandy area then it’s convenient. The third floor where I was clearly had some kind of leak as there was places covered where carpet was removed, ceiling tiles missing with wires hanging out and a musty smell. I’m sure they are working on these things but definitely shouldn’t have guest staying on that floor if other areas are available.
