Nice accommodations and pleasant staff Staff we encountered during our stay were wonderful and friendly. We encountered different staff throughout our visit. Daniela was especially helpful as was the gentleman who checked us out. I believe he was Joshua. We also tried to recycle during our visit and advised house keeping we separated our trash from recycling. Hope the hotel can add recycling bins in the future and direct which items recycle.

Good location fro Vanderbilt This was a good choice location-wise for our visit to Vanderbilt. We had two rooms. The first room was clean and in good condition. The second room could have used a little extra cleaning. The shower wasn't 100% clean and the previous tenant must have had a cat in the room. We seemed to be picking up the cat hair on our socks. The breakfast was very minimal. Food options consist of breakfast bars / muffins. Overall it fit our needs.

The property is about 2 miles from Broadway in downtown Nashville and is about 1 hour walk. We often used Lyft to get around who were very reliable. The staff were nice if we spoke to them otherwise we were ignored. The rooms are basic with a large fridge freezer that was quite noisy when the compressor kicked in through the night. The AC was effective but also noisy when on high speed. They do a room clean and linen change after a week but I never noticed a the cleaning. For downtown Nashville, it was pretty good. We felt safe while staying there, and the room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. There was even a decent amount of parking for the location. The only real downside was the noise from the city.
