Something for Breakfast would have been a little nicer for someone leaving early in the morning. A granola bar and Coffee was not what was expected at all. fresh fruit or cereal would have helped.

When I arrived at 5pm on Thursday after an 11 hour drive I was told I did not have a room as they overbooked the hotel and had let the people that were in my assigned room stay another night. The desk clerk was rude and matter of fact about it. After my insistence that they find me a room I was given a queen room not the king room I had booked. Excellent!! Wonderful place. Very clean, more of a European style - no carpeting, which left it feeling much cleaner.

beds were very hard , liked the tall toilet, didn't care for the dog smell in the hallways.

Nice and simple Overall was a good place if you are not looking for anything fancy. Our room was a little dirty when we checked in but house cleaning was quick to respond. The area is nice and quiet and it is right next to a bus stop that goes straight to downtown.

The room was clean and well kept and at check-in, the woman at the counter was attentive and friendly. However, that was the last we would see if any staff member until checkout. The remote for the TV was broken and we tried to contact the desk to get a replacement or batteries and there was no one there.

Friendly staff and clean room, however the suite did not have any dishes provided for the kitchenette. Oatmeal packets were available for breakfast, but no milk or bowls to prepare it in.
