Close to downtown The only thing that could be improved is breakfast. Not much to choose from. There was only coffee and I don't drink it. I always get juice but that wasn't a option. If we needed close to downtown again, we would stay but we prefer our usual hotel with full hot breakfast and it is cheaper too

Rude front desk check in. Called earlier was told 2pm check in okay. Arrived 1:53 and was told needed to pay $20 for early check in. Told her I called earlier then she waved the fee. However terrible attitude like someone has died recently. Do not recommend.

Easy access to Vanderbilt Nice for an extended stay...good grab and go coffee service in the morning. Simple but comfortable and clean.

The room was very clean but otherwise the hotel was spartan and unremarkable. They don't even include a water glass in the room!
