We needed a place to stay for a night for a concert and the hotel was much nicer than we thought it would be. Did the trick and the fridge did a great job of keeping our drinks cold!

Nice room When I first registered they sent me to a room that was not ready, so I had to return to get assigned to another room. After that the visit was good. Really clean and a very nice room.

Our room keys stopped working on two occasions during our 3 night stay , was very inconvenient. Shower wasn’t clean. Beds were comfortable.Rates are high for quality.

Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. Only two pillows for each bed.

Good...not spectacular Conviently located to downtown and Broadway, just a quick Uber/Lyft ride. The hotel is basic, nothing spectacular and not a lot of amenities, so if you just want a place to stay this is perfect. I did like the full size refrigerator in the room. The staff could pay a little attention to cleaning the room, there was a bit of dust on the floor under the bed, the floors are laminate, and I noticed a couple of oversites in the cleanliness of the bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Good pillows. Room smelled stale but was very clean. Breakfast was only muffins wrapped in plastic and nature's valley granola bars. Coffee but no decaf or milk.
