Arrived 5hrs later than expected, the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was cool and clean. However, the halls and elevators were not air conditioned. But overall experience was great!

A very convenient location for many reasons including walking to dining, entertainment, & shopping in a very pretty area close to Vanderbilt. The Extended Stay staff & housekeeping were very pleasant & accomodating. Price was excellent for the area of West End.

Clean but not great by any means! Pro: The place and room were clean. The staff were very nice! Cons: Although you have a kitchen unless you plan on paying them extra or lugging around your own cookware etc, you can't really use it! The bed is entirely too hard.. I couldn't sleep most of the time. What really UPSET me was that we came here because they said they served breakfast...
