Staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minute transit ride to/ from Music City Center. Disappointed that no recycling program in place.

The building is very loud. When the people walk in upstairs is like they are walking inside our room. The breakfast is a lie...there is only coffee maker and some muphyns. The rooms close of the staff rooms also start to heard noise around 5:30AM (very loud - doors shutting, people talking)

Very spacious, clean room. Staff was nice at check in. It was very nice to find a smoke free hotel that actually didn't smell like cigarette smoke. Depending on traffic, it could be a little hard to pull into the parking lot - I passed it and had to circle the block. There seemed to be plenty of parking though, after making it into the lot.

I liked the location, the rooms, and parking. The staff was very nice. Could do a little bit more on their continental breakfast.

Very convenient. They changed our room from a double to a king for free when I asked if it was possible. Love the laminate floors because if feels clean and crisp. Comfortable bed and linens. Only issue is the laminate floors because you can hear the steps on the floor above. Be prepared.
