The first night of reservation for Uri Magen David was more than poor. Bathroom not working. Smoke coming into room. Room wasn’t up to par. Disappointing. Not very well handled.

Rooms restroom door was locked when checking in which was scary and weird. The hotel had a bad smell all around . Our room window wouldn’t completely close so we had to put a towel to keep warm because apparently it was sold out . We slept with chairs placed on door in case someone would want to break in, ugly environment . We had to take our luggage everyday when we would go somewhere since there’s a sign in the room door to take them in case they break in , there not responsible for anything missing .

I will be traveling to California many times in the future.Will never STAY AT EXTENDED STAY AMERICA AGAIN .

Worst room ever! Upon arrival there were 2 police cars in the lobby, then the clerk said they have rooms on 3 floors available and gave me the worst view in the place with a room above me with kids running around all night. Seemed like an extended stay low income living facility.

Looks nice from the outside, but the rooms... I needed to use the bathroom when I arrived, so after I received the keys I went to the room. When I reached for the bathroom door, the handle came off. I had to carefully place the handle on the stud to open the bathroom door. I took the handle to the front desk, and was given a new room.
