Unclean rooms First room we got (408) wasnt cleaned. Bed unmade, towela of floor toilet unflushed. Second room (416) was mostly clean be realized later dirty towel in sink, bathtun had hair

What I ddi not like is this, myself I always check the bed for cleanliness of sheets and bed bugs. Almost passed but my wife found a spot that looked like blood. Thats a no go could not change the hotel so had to go down the street and by sheets and light blanket. Now I know better we booked because the hotel was close to the event. Never again back to Marriott Marquis Hotel!

It looks nice on the outside I thought I was at least a little upscale, my bad.

Absolutely NOT worth the nearly $200/ night. Customer service at the desk was rude. I stated that i was disabled and walking was difficult, and all i wanted to take a bath and cook some dinner. They didn't have ANY of the kitchen supplies ready. I was told to wait and they would call me when they were ready. They never called. When I called, i was told to walk back to the desk to pick them up. I also wasn't able to fill the bathtub because there was no stopper. I had ti walk back to the desk to get that. Room was poorly stocked Had to go to front desk forbasic kitchenand bathroom supplies. The compimentrey breakfast was limited to oatmeal and muffins.
