Our van was vandalized, window broken. Management didn't care at all. We did not feel safe.

The communication between the 2 locations in Alameda CA is very very poor. As a result the Airport location could not find my reservation that had been sent over by the Mariner square location. I did not stay or occupy the room as it was in terrible shape. The next day they charged my card $680 for the 6 nights & a no show fee. I am currently waiting for a refund that they say is coming but has not materialized. The staff did not seem to care and responded with surprise that I was upset. Horrible experience I had an absolutely horrible experience with my trip at Extended Stay in Alameda. I wasn't expecting much considering my trip was booked for cheapness through business purposes, but I was expecting cleanliness and safety. As soon as I got to my floor I felt unsafe because someone was throwing a party with their door open. Disappointed there were no plastic cups for even simple drinking. There was no shampoo. The room was bare, except for the bed and a desk. I would expect for an extended stay that at least there’s some sort of a chair to lounge in or something.

Rude and Dirty The staff was incredibly rude behind the front desk and the hotel and room was filthy. The man at the front was unnecessarily rude and offensive when I checked in. Then when I requested dishes to use the man at the front desk (the only person working at the time) gave me a very hard time. He finally reluctantly gives me a few cups and a pot with black flaking off (not the set of dishware usually provided at extended stay hotels) and they are dirty.
