I booked thru Expedia. Upon arrival to the property the front desk male told me he does not see our reservation. I had to pay again.

They advertised that they served breakfast. It is false advertisement. Expedia does this illegal activity as their new norms.

New. There was no hot water at all. When I told them they offered nothing

It advertised free breakfast which was a big thing for me due to time constraints but they didn’t even have coffee. They didn’t have a hair dryer anywhere so I Had to leave with wet hair for a meeting. They advertise extended stay and have a cooktop etc but not a single dish or anything to cook with. I overpaid for essentially a bed and shower.
