Roaches! I actually did not check in. The location was kid of sketchy and then someone came down to complain about his room being full of roaches. That did it. We stayed elsewhere.

Below Avg, needs fumigation. 1 Night stay before getting a n early flight out. Woke up in the morning to 2 bugs, one on the floor, and another one on the wall. ( Will save you the disgust, by not adding the images). When checking out at 4AM, no one available at reception to complain too. Very few options near SFB, but maybe pay a bit more for a nicer hotel and experience.

It sickens me to even write this review but, I stayed at this hotel a few times and everyone is always smiling and friendly and I know they take to each other like family and keep that in mind “family”. AVOID!! Worst hotel in history. Safety concerns!! This is the absolute worst hotel experience we have experienced in decades of traveling!! We will NEVER stay in this hotel or any other Extended Stay property ever again. We fled for my family’s safety at 10 pm through the fire stairway after my wife was surrounded and accosted by the front desk manager’s clan of henchmen. Police were called. AVOID THIS NIGHTMARE HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.
