Closed before we could check in leaving us out looking for another hotel at midnight. Hotels should note close when your boarding travelers. Traveling is unpredictable and delays are always a possibility. I will never book a hotel here and I will make sure everyone is aware of the inconvenience.

For the amount of money we paid I definitely expected more. We got the hotel for 1 night as we were flying out of SFB the next morning. The person checking us in was really nice and friendly, but that is where all positive vibes of this places stays. There are 0 ammenities. When we walked into the room we were hit with a disgusting smell. I think its what they use as cleaner, but it reaked. The room seemed clean but very bare. Booked room while in parking lot, walked in, told woman at front desk that I just booked a room. She asked my name and before I the words got out if my mouth she said. That they didn't have any rooms and O habe to call expedia to get a refund. I tried to say something and she point blank said, we are completely booked. I was try to ask her my question again and she interrupted me and with same sentence. I just wanted sleep. I showed up and called the number on the plaque at the front door a lady answers and pretends like she can’t hear me. She says she’s the front desk but I can see the front desk and there is no one there. I waited there for 10 minutes just to end up leaving.

We had to check in after 3:00 am. Extended Stay shows a guest as a no show after midnight. The front desk said she couldn’t fix it or do a new one. We had to call Extended Stay reservations from our phone to get a new reservation at over twice the cost. It was after 5:00 am before we got a room.
