Bugs in the sink when we walked in the room- no hot water and very bare bones.

The mattress quality I experienced was absolutely terrible, the worst in my entire life! Furthermore, I was disappointed to find that there was no hairdryer in my room. As a result, I had no choice but to go downstairs to the front desk after showering with wet hair in order to obtain one. To make matters worse, there was incredibly loud music coming from the people downstairs. Shockingly, the front desk did not take any action and claimed they couldn't address the issue due to security reasons.

We were initially given a room on the first floor. Upon trying to get settled in our room, we found a live roach on our bed. Reported it to the front desk. She moved us to a room on the 3rd floor. The water is too soft. This is a very basic accommodation. No paper towel. There is a kitchen but you have to request for everything…plates, utensils, etc and also blow dryer. They had to be picked up at the front desk. Might not come back to an ES hotel.
